Interpreting remains within your existing system. VoxVent captures original and interpreted feeds as separate inputs and distributes them over the web. This audio-distribution workflow does not require remote booths or stage video.
Open the public link or scan the QR, choose a language and press Play. Internet access and headphones are required. Provide clear instructions at the venue and an alternative for anyone without a suitable device.
Check Wi-Fi or mobile coverage, network access, representative devices and listening during speeches. Smartphones are not an automatic replacement for every radio system: assess the latency, accessibility and continuity your event needs.
You need a production room and capacity for peak concurrent listeners. The first room starts at €49 excluding VAT per day, with two languages; the first web-listener place starts at €0.75 excluding VAT per day. Quantity and duration discounts apply: use the configurator for the actual total.
Send us the date, rooms, languages and expected audience. Availability, capacity and a technical rehearsal are agreed before the event. Interpreters, hardware and connectivity are excluded.
