Google Analytics: optional statistics
With consent, Google Analytics collects page views, technical browser and device information, visit sources and clicks on contact, configurator, portal and download links. These statistics help improve the website’s content and navigation. We do not send names, emails, form content, room codes, purchased configurations or credentials. Page and referrer addresses sent by our code exclude query parameters and fragments. Connections to Google transmit technical data, including the IP address; we therefore do not describe the service as completely anonymous.
The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve other group companies and processing outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards and terms applicable to the service. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Your choice is stored for 183 days in voxvent.analytics-consent.v1 in the browser. The _ga and _ga_KFBQV6P20P cookies distinguish visits and session state: our code sets a maximum lifetime of 183 days without renewal on every visit. You can remove them earlier through browser settings or by withdrawing consent.

What this version uses
The public website uses Google Analytics only after consent to statistics. The Google tag does not load before a choice is made or after rejection. We do not use Google Analytics in the portal, interpreter booth or listener player. Advertising tools are not enabled.
You can accept or reject statistics using the banner buttons, or change your choice through “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Withdrawal stops future collection, deletes Analytics cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page. It does not automatically delete data already collected: contact us for requests about that data.

The cookie is set when you sign in, not simply when you visit the website. Sign-in sessions are not stored in localStorage.
Consent and browser settings
Cookies strictly necessary for the requested service do not require prior consent. You can delete or block them in your browser, but organiser access will not work correctly. If marketing, profiling or non-exempt analytics tools are added, they must remain blocked until consent, and preference management with refusal and withdrawal options will be introduced.
Any tools added by hosting, CDN or sites embedding the player must be checked separately. This description concerns the VoxVent code distributed with this version.
