VOXVENTREMOTE INTERPRETATION. NO STRESS.

01 / REMOTE INTERPRETERS

Remote interpretation for conferences and events

Send stage audio and video to your interpreters. Receive their languages in production and route them to a mixer, a web audience, or both.

1 production room · 2 languages · 1 interpreter · 5 web listeners
60 cumulative minutes a day. Transmission stops at the daily limit.

When it fits

You have professional interpreters working remotely and an on-site production team handling audio and video. VoxVent connects these workstations and makes the languages available to a mixer or web audience.

What to prepare

A Mac or Windows workstation, a compatible audio interface, a clean stage feed and useful stage video. Each interpreter needs headphones, a microphone, a browser and a stable connection. Check audio returns to avoid feedback.

How to size the licence

Count concurrent rooms, the languages in each room and the total peak web audience. Each paid production room includes two languages and up to two interpreter workstations. Mixer outputs do not consume web-listener capacity.

Pricing and a first test

The first production room starts at €49 excluding VAT for one day; web listeners cost extra. The previous day is included for rehearsal. The free plan provides 60 cumulative minutes a day, 1 room, 2 languages, 1 interpreter workstation and 5 web listeners.

Send us the date, rooms, languages and expected audience. Availability, capacity and a technical rehearsal are agreed before the event. Interpreters, hardware and connectivity are excluded.
